Use the "File Upload" link in the yellow bar and follow the directions. After the file is uploaded from your computer it will be displayed with the URL link at the bottom - just copy the link and paste in in the URL box below the text box. Make sure you don't get two "http://" - either delete it from the box or paste over the top of it - assuming you copied the full URL from the upload.
