1. I scan an entire group, but I use the cut and paste feature to turn one large scan into 12 or so single-item scans. I found that showing more than you're listing leads to confusion among buyers who don't read everything and those who might not understand English too well (probably 5% of my sales are to foreign buyers).
2. I write out the titles and descriptions in a single Word document, and then cut and paste the descriptions into the selling template. Using Word also enables me to cut and paste descriptions that are common to all the items (such as condition).
3. I use the TurboLister program from eBay, which enables me to use the same templates over and over again, so I don't have to repeat return policies, payment plans, etc.
