It was in Maricopa County. That is where that awesome Sheriff Joe Arpaio is from. Maybe they'll put him in a pink jumpsuit on a chain gang LOL!
BUT I will stick w/ my opinion that Vick ratted him out. It's just too convenient. There will be more arrested.
