eBay now allows you to create and save several templates for your auctions. This includes type style and size, colors, categories, etc. Just bring up the template when you get ready to list a similar item.

Don't forget that if you have a graphic editing program (like Photoshop), you can scan as many chips as will fit onto your scanner at once to save time. Then use a rectangular section tool to copy and paste each chip into its own file. Much faster than scanning one chip at a time, as you have to crop it anyway to eliminate the unwanted 97% of the background.
