Welcome to the hobby! I am 99.9% sure that the authors of "The Chip Rack" have not stopped making it. Based on your post you should hear from one or two of the three authors as to what their plans are for publishing their next addition. Meanwhile, if you join the Club you will have access to a fairly extensive Club library that contains many issues of "The Chip Rack".
