I have one in my collection that is absolutely perfect...I bought a collection of ashtrays and old casino paper and this was in it...Even though it has the two pinholes in the upper left hand corner it has to be the rarest Sands item other than the chips...

I don't have it in my possession yet but if you are interested...Email...It will be pricey!!
