Long story short... I upgraded my internet account from residential to commerical service a couple months ago. Didn't realize it but they were double billing me for two internet accounts. Geez, these guys can't get anything right. So, I get the double billing stopped and credit applied to my statement. But guess what, they killed my comcast email accounts in the process. They said it will take 3 to 4 business days for them to migrate the account over. I can't get to my mailbox and they won't say if the emails will not get lost.
