Most, if not all, of the strip properties do not fall within the Cultural significance criteria. Can you name one that in the face of cultural oppression(s) of the day allowed Integration?

I might be wrong on the never can be sold portion. I think the property can be sold but the integrity must remain. Much like all those historic Brownstones in Boston. They even have to get permission and approval to put up a new wrought-iron fence.

Like I said, I'm not actively working on this, I'm just sending out feelers.
