In Response To: Lots of questions ()

1. Apparently because in some casinos, a natural 21 in the game of blackjack was called a "snapper". This $2.50 was the bonus you'd get for a $5 bet.

2. Borland has been dead for over 10 years. Bill Borland did make lots of chips for collectors, some chips for real casinos, and dealt in real casino chips for collectors in the early 1990's. He was matre d' at the Dunes at one time.

3. TCR is one of the most comprehensive references on Nevada Chips... "The Chip Rack".

4. Splashbar is what the casino bar at the Riviera used to be called before the Splash show closed. It is a popular gathering spot for collectors during the CC & GTCC conventions. You'll have to get one of the Splashbar click to explain what the chips are [g].
