1) Clear Cookies (do this)
2) Clear Files (do this)
3) Look at the settings and see if the re-load new page is set to Automatic.
If it's set to once a day, then the pages are stored until the next day and don't always refresh.
If it's set to Every Time, then it's going to load every page, every time you look at it. Which can cause delays. I'm not sure if it will cause the page to look like it's new (and thus BLUE) every time?
