Im dating this 3rd version as 1991. It lists chips elsewhere that were not issued until around then and within his introduction it refers to events of late 1990. This was Jim Kruze's copy, and its clearly marked so and autographed. #151.
It does not show the copyright info on the front page either.
This is the version that does finally list 4 Silver Star chips.
However, the two NEVADA mold chips are not priced and do not have Borland catalog numbers assigned. Maybe the hotstamps were not dry yet

This is the mold design that he refers to in the M/D column of this version of the book. I showed it so everyone can see there are 2 PS Silver Stars and 2 NEVADA Silver Stars shown.
