I know that you and David have spent tons of time and who knows how much $$$ trying to resolve these types of issues and we in the hobby should be grateful for this endeavor.
Before I retired I was a FAA Designated Engineering Representative in the area of certifying aircraft interior equipment and believe you me if they could not prove without a doubt there was no design issues with their product there would be no certification of the product. In this they had much cleaner lines of proof, every thing had to be documented and if it were not available they would do what was necessary to provide the proof - that is not the case here. Here you and David are trying to prove a theory with the main ingredient, Mr. Borland, missing - there will always be some people who are hard to convince.
Myself, I bought the Borland Silver Star and Brown Derby chips from David based on his work and an his conclusions and the fact that they are Borlands and not real casino chips, as we collect "Borlands".
