My first impression is that the stones would fetch a better price if they were not sold with the home. I would suspect many prospective home purchasers would think they were neat and interesting, but if you were interested in the house first, would you pay alot more because these stones were there?

If the stones were sold seperately, the collector who valued them would pay well for them. Having to purchase a house in order to get them is something, I suspect, many collectors would not even want to deal with.

Too many issues....what is the reason why the owners don't want to sell the stones seperately, if you know?
