Rest assured that some of the NV mold SS chips were made after 1989, more than likely in 1991.
Just wondering:
SS open just 6 months in 1978, 10 years before certain inserts were made.
Why would they need 4 different $1 and 3 different $5 chips?
N 3rd ST, how many tables did they have?
Did they have a poker room?
Why are the chips still in Borland labled boxes of 100 today? New boxes, you can tell they have not been hanbled much, UNC chips. Once again, boxes with Borland lables on the ends!!!
Before someone jumps in and says Borland sold chips to open casinos, let me agree with that but I know for a fact he never sold NV or DiCd molds before 1991. Remember I said "fact"
I know of two live orders he sold.
Hotel NV, Battle Mountain - DiCd mold, after 1991.
Sahara roulettes on cheap chips similar to RT Plastics chips. No idea where he got them, but he did hot stamp them.
Everyone gets to believe what they want to.
I truly believe Borland made the SS chips in 1991 when he took possession of the DiCd and NV molds.
