Just to clarify.
In the case of 1/2" inserts, its the shape not the size that determines whether they were Burt Co or ASM.
Both companies used 1/2".
Burt Co used 9/16" and 5/8" also, but ASM stopped using those around 1992/3 and any 're-orders' of same chips were done using 1/2".
