We already had the chip on the right listed in four color variations (light and dark purple body, and three insert colors).
Then, yesterday, I noticed the difference in the cent sign of the chip on the left (the little bauble thingy on the upper right arm). The .25 and .40 in this series have the same 'adorned' cent sign.
Though you can't tell from this image (a collage of two unmatched scans), John tells me the chip and insert colors are the same.
My mantra from the beginning has been to list every known variation, no matter how minute.
It is then up to the individual collector, armed with the information provided, to decide if he wants to collect every variation, or just one 'of type'.
Like I keep telling John, I LOVE this s&%t.
