http://www.multipleimageresizer.net/ ............. Good FREE program. I use it pretty regular. It takes a little playing w/ to get the size you want but it makes it a lot faster and easier. Once you get the right size it will save your preferences.

As a matter of fact, I am using it RIGHT NOW to resize a bunch of Neon Boneyard pics to put on the board in a bit.
