USB flash drive (aka USB Thumb Drive) is the way to go for the above scenario.

IMHO, why spend $20 for a USB floppy disk drive that reads storage media that holds 1.44 MB when you can spend that same $20 on a flash drive that holds 2 GB? The only scenario I can even see for needing a USB floppy drive is if you need to boot to a Win98 boot disk for some reason and I am not even sure that would work.
