Re: TCR: River Queen Casino.Dennis

Anyone can put what they want in books. Sometimes collectors get things put in books to sell chips. grin
No gaming license issued for a River Queen.
TCR says opened 1972, first BJ coin inlay was made in 1973 per Bud Jones.

The first chips shipped to 3475 LV Blvd in Nov 1972 said Holiday Queen on them. It was to be the name but was changed to Holiday Casino when license was issued in 1973.
Did they once mean to call it River Queen at one time? I don't know. But they never had a license issued prior to the "Holiday Casino." Even the Hoiday Queen chips say LV NV on them.

Did they print colatteral with River Queen on them? I don't know. I do know there were no LV chips with River Queen on them issued.
