Cincinnati does, but it's in a Sports Bar, you have to look for it. Columbus, Dayton and Akron/Canton DON'T have smoking areas on the concourses.

A couple more airports came to mind that do have smoking areas on the concourses; Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham and Salt Lake City.

It really surprised me when they made McCarran 100% smoke free. If there was going to be an airport that you could do something that you can't in most other airports. I'd have thought it'd be in Las Vegas.
