Not yet.I emailed him three weeks ago and he said that he received payment and my chip was in the mail,then I noticed a few days ago that he mentioned that my payment arrived on July 28th?So...I do not know what to believe.His feedback is still 100% so he is still being given the benefit of the doubt.
