Yahoo! sports also has fantasy leagues that can be run without a commish. I think that one can actually set up a free league that has restricted memberships as well. I join the free leagues every year, but have seen notifications and links that seem to indicate you can set up a free league that is commish-free but only contains people that you want to let into the league.
