to sellers, " YOU NEED TO READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION & CHECK SELLER'S FEEDBACK " of the auction(s) you are bidding on, and, If needed, ask questions... I used to refund the payment(s) and explain about the shipping discounts and tell them to READ THE LISTING! But now, I don't bother, if a bidder doesn't care enough to read the auction listing or check the Seller's feedback before they bid on an auction(s), then " THAT'S THE BUYER'S PROBLEM "
