Good question. I'd speculate that maybe this lawsuit is a way for some lawyer to make a few bucks but I won't since I don't want to offend any of the distinguished barristers that read the Chip Board. I will say it might not be a good idea to give chips to babies to play with since if they chew on them they might damage your chip and also it might not be too good for the baby's health.
