I guess that it is because I am in Canada AND using Netscape as the shipping charges were not being displayed.Typed in a California Zip Code instead and then came up with the $29.99 and now,when I go in with Firefox the $29.99 is in plain sight.Weird.But then again...when I go in with Netscape,the auction closing times are all in EST instead of PST which is even weirder.
You are right about the insurance being mistaken for shipping of $2.00.
