I posted on this same guy and this same chip last week. I just mainly wanted to know how this could have been a R-9 chip and this guy has listed 3 or 4 in the last 2 weeks. Someone that read my post said something about the outrageous shipping and said someone should contact Ebay. I guess someone did and they ended the auction because of the shipping......BUT here he is again.
