Possible Chicago attribution for flame chip

Jim Blanchard sent me a scan of a record that stated that 4 colors of "The Flame" were made in 1954 and delivered to Von Lengerke & Antoine, a sporting goods place in Chicago. In the record the chip was described as white with blue flame.

I know that Von Lengerke & Antoine were chip distributors. I believe that they were local (as opposed to nationwide).

Anyone disagree with attibuting the chip as follows: "The Flame", Chicago, IL 1954.
