I haven't seen this chip discussed since Jill was a daily fixture on TCB. (I got mine from her) A few were included in that European collection(the name escapes me).
Has any additional information surfaced? Quantities? Stories? Theories? Value? TCR #10 shows *O+
Would a prototype have UV markings? This chip does. Do all examples of this chip have the same markings?

The Answer is from the Caro Collection in France. Prototypes would NOT have UV markings and there are only 3 known (genuine prototypes) at this point in time. There is a substantial number of UV marked chips however.
