I don't know, but sure, they could travel. Years ago before I was collecting chips, I noticed that in an illegal Mafia casino in a synagogue in Brooklyn they were using obsolete Carribean chips in the games (a sort of weekly Las Vegas night). I forget where from. ... ..... Those Chesterfield inlaid chips were used in the Mid West and then Nevada, for example.
