For a number of days there and has been a thread at Chiptalk about the growing concern that he had not been heard from and that a package had been returned by the post office marked "Deceased".
I'm posting the link to the thread but the long and short of it is that he passed away suddenly.
He was a great guy and it is clear from the posts already pouring in to that thread that people are upset and will miss our chipper friend.
