I know of several people here in New Jersey who say they can't afford to attend the CC & GTCC Conventions. I'm sure that there are collectors from virtually every state in the U.S. who could make a strong case for their not be able to afford attending. Who would decide who is the most worthy for the TCB compassion? I'm equally as sure that there are a significant number of dedicated TCB chippers who really can't afford it ... but who save and scrimp all year long to make the dream possible.
