Did you get a look at the board agenda for this year????????? I think we may need to start coming in a week early to accomplish all thats on the BOD's plate already......
As Jim mentioned, the hardest part would be agreeing on who gets the benefits and no matter who decides, there will always be others who are unhappy about it.
I love the idea, just wish there was a fair way to go about it.
