If you have sent in pre-payment for the Early Bird Welcome banquet, you MUST pick up your banquet ticket(s) that will have been inserted into your pre-registration packet at the Pre-Registration area directly across from the Royale Rooms on Wednesday, August 8th, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Those club members who are planning to attend any off-premise trade functions on Wednesday MUST plan in advance to be at the Riviera no later than 4 p.m. to pick up their banquet tix. Pre-Registration closes promptly at 4 p.m. on Wednesday to enable the volunteers to get ready for the banquet.

Your cooperation is deeply appreciated. Please be considerate of the volunteers. They work hard and put in long hours and do a good job for the membership.
