Dean found this in an antique store while we were on vacation last week in Northern California. It is LUK-04 in the “Casinos and their Ashtrays” book by Art Anderson. We are planning on putting this on eBay, but will entertain offers. Just eMail me.

The Lucky Casino opened in 1963 in the former Lucky Strike Club at 117 E. Fremont, downtown Las Vegas. It closed in 1967 when it was incorporated into the Golden Nugget.
