Paris was owned by Caesars entertainment, which was called Park Place before the name change, and it was spun off from Hilton, the Paris was named for the child when it was owned by Hilton. At the time Hilton was owned by the same group. When it was still called Park Place I liked the way it was run, because I had stock (ot very freakin much, but it was fun to say I owned vegas casinos.
