As far as the guides go, hard to find TheChipRack anymore...James' book should be available.
With regards to California chips, Dick Staeffler has an awesome site that details many or most of the California chips. It's his tribute / memorial project to his son and it is a thing of beauty. Armin Pfaender may also have a publication concerning California chips...as far as the illegals go...I dunno!!
I would be willing to wager that Terry will have copies of his chip collecting software, including any add-ons.
CT has EVERYTHING...and lots of it -- from supplies to some really great chips. Pick-up a catalogue first as sometimes it has a coupon for additional $$$ off. I usually make several trips to CT's tables during the convention.
As far as dinner...you'll have to get THAT answer elsewhere as I am not attending the banquet .
Look forward to seeing / meeting you, Mike...stop by the Club's Promo table when the doors open on Thursday morning & introduce yourself to Marc Shapiro, Dennis Shoop & myself. There's always a free give-away when I work the Promo table with Shoop...unfortunately, they keep bringing him back !!! Steve B
