When you get charged $2.50 postage for one chip you would assume that part of the charge is for a padded envelope.
Worst case the shipper is dumb enough to be paying $1.00 for a padded envelope and $0.80 for postage.
That's $1.80 of the $2.50 charge. You're ONLY getting ripped $0.70, or 35%(?).
When the shipper uses a plain envelope and pays only $0.41 for postage, you're getting raped $2.09, or OVER 400%.
That's a BIG rip off and, in my opinion, qualifies as theft.
