Another hint - once you have cancelled their bid you might want to go into Ebay and start a 'blocked' list. This 'buyer' will no longer be able to bid on any of your auctions. This could be helpful if they continue to bid. If I have a questionnable bidder, after removing their bid, I immediately put their ID on my blocked list. Works great.
