I just clicked on the high bidder with zero feedback and discovered they just joined today and are in Sweden and since I said in my auction that I ship within the U.S., I did just cancel their bid. I figure if you have zero feedback and are in another country it is up to you to contact the seller and ask about shipping to your country. Also, the item in question is $200-plus so I'm not looking to gamble on it
