in TCR, but James book normally does not list commemoratives. He lists this one because it is a special Error chip and does not show that there are hundreds of commemorative chips with the same exact color inserts.

Chances are that this seller looked in James book, found only one description showing those colors and assumed that this was the chip.

Boy is he in for a bubble burst.......
