Here's an unusual No Cash Value chip made for the BAI retail sales convention at the Flamingo in 1998. Picture is a human eye, representing Sensar's "Iris Scan Recognition" product for customer identification. I'm assuming this was a free play chip handed out by some vendor at the conference for play at the Flamingo casino. Since NCR is also identified as a sponsor, I'm guessing the iris-scan biometric feature was part of an ATM made by NCR for banking.
White chip with 8 inserts (4 black, 4 grey) on a Paul-son wide-graphic N&C chip.
Chip is notched, and I haven't seen another, so no telling whether it was actually produced in quantity.
Got it from Bill Akeman, so probably is ex the Jerry Wall collection. I would put a "J" retail value on it.
