I'm gonna have to agree here. Maybe it should get a Neutral with an explanation about the packaging not meeting past/common expectations.
Then again I also don't like recieving a chip that's been mummified! You know, wrapped so many times in tape you wonder if the seller has some sort of a deal with 3-M or something!
