() I do agree, it should have been in a padded env.
I always ship in a padded envelope.
BUT, I've have received chips from several highly repected chippers in regular envelopes.
IF the chip arrives is good condition - i could care less.
This doesn't warrant negative feedback.
That's all I'm saying.
