I am not spreaking for Chuck. What I believe the problem to be is that Vic charged 2.50 shipping and Chuck may have expected it to come in a padded envelope for that price. If I am wrong Chuck is welcome to correct me. I would be just as pissed if I paid 2.50 and it came in a plain envelope with 41 cents postage.
