I do not understand why people get upset with freight charges. When you make a purchase on Ebay freight charges are usually listed upfront so you can deceide if the amount being charged is fair. If you think that the price of them with freight is too expensive you have a choice, just don’t buy it. Yes sometimes people charge more for freight to defray the cost of listing fees, Paypal fees, packaging, etc. If seller #1 was to charge $10.00 for a chip and offer free freight and seller #2 was to offer the same chip for $6.00 and charge $4.00 for freight what diference is that to the buyer? Is either a better deal? Depending on the amount charged for freight Ebay may have an issue for fee avoidance but for the buyer in the above case there is no difference. Not to defend Vic, but if he would have charged $2.09 more for the chip and charged $0.41 for freight would there still have been a problem?
