I didn't say any of them did, but because they all are sloppy or cheap, doesn't mean they aren't sloppy or cheap. To be honest I don't care about it at all, you raised the point. I would be surprised if any got more than a small pct perfectly centered. But the tolerances on a US coin are extreme, tolerances on manufacturing plants can be within a .001 of a inch in some cases. The equipment exists, people do it every day. Like I said, I was only describing what I saw, I am confused why the description has worked you up so much.
