Turkey is a very interesting county in many ways. Spent two weeks there and never ceased to wonder at the variations of just about everything. One reason they are being kept out of the common market.
If I am allowed enough time we plan to go back and get away from the major cities and do some people watching.
My advise, is always see the tourist sights but get to know the common people.
