I would argue that these Hard Rock swirl chips are far more innocuous as they could never be confused for real casino checks since they lack denominations. I suppose someone might think they are used on roulette tables. But I expect they will appeal more the the person who collect hard Rock merchandise than the person who collects casino chips.
