His name is Fred Hoene and I have dealt with him many times and find him to be very professional,knowledgeable and fair.
He states in his ad that this chip is not used in casinos,so he is not misrepresenting anything.He says that it is a collector chip and that is what it is.....it just isn't anything we collect right?
