It is a real shame that customer service or respect for customers don't exist anymore in the business world. I always considered myself a target no matter where I go or what I buy,things happen to me. Actually had a situation at the Trop at one of the convnetions for five straight days and they fixed it everyday. I had called to call house keeping to flush the toliet. I had a nightmare with Sears, I had a problem recently with my doctor and the lab, took 4 days to get blood results that were needed that afternoon. You have to either laugh it off or take meds like me. They don't care.
